I am enjoying self-proclaimed “ski mom” Jennie Iverson’s book, Ski Town Soups. The book contains more than 100 recipes from nearly 100 master chefs. Jennie sure gets around. Recipes are from Jackson Hole, Whistler, Beaver Creek, Heavenly, Park City, Vail and many other posh ski resorts.

I could go for a steaming bowl of McGrath’s Guinness Stew just about now.
